Tyrone McCarthy graduated from Ontario College of Art & Design, majoring in Illustration. He received the Herb McCarthy Award (no relation). Tyrone has been drawing comics since he was a kid. Growing up on a farm (with no animals, just a lot of forest) he had nothing better to do but draw & watch MTV. His first comic that he distributed to stores in Toronto was Tyne. Working on Tyne motivated him to apply to OCAD. Since graduating Tyrone has been busy with Illustration work and self publishing his comic Corduroy High. His clients include:
